We started at Shaw Wines, here you can sit overlooking the vines in the huge tasting room or lounge area and enjoy a cheese platter while sampling the Estate and or Reserve wines.

We opted to try the three courses and can highly recommend the Hand-rolled potato tortellini with almond ricotta, muscatel, and beurre noisette, PX braised Ox cheek with celeriac mash, sprouts, pancetta, macadamia pesto, and the Salted hazelnut and caramel parfait with frozen fudge and cookie crunch – Yum!
